Multifonds does not usually require or request any confidential data or personal data of your customers/ clients (e.g. names, customer/client numbers, account numbers, telephone numbers, email addresses) for the provision of core support. Please ensure that any tickets that are logged do NOT include any confidential or personal data of your customers/clients or if it unavoidable, ensure that all such data is masked. This also applies to data in any screenshots or documents you include or attach to your ticket. We reserve the right to reject support tickets containing the personal data of your clients/customers. If the data you are sending is dummy data/not real data, please state this in the body of the ticket. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle and protect your personal data (e.g. your name, work email address) when you log in to our system.
